Administrative Officer (Part time)

Focus on Film (FOF), a registered charitable organization since 2006, is launching a new outreach program specializing in bringing the art of video production to children and young people in Hong Kong through partnership with local and international schools alike. 

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for film, and an understanding of Hong Kong international and local school communities to help schedule our 2012 programs. The position will be part-time initially, and may grow to be a full time position. Hours will vary. Some work may be done from the home, although frequent meetings at schools throughout Hong Kong will be necessary.

The Administrative Officer is responsible for developing and managing our relationships with partner schools, clubs, and youth organizations. You will report to the Head of Business Administration. The ideal candidate will:

●      Be self-motivated and work well independently

●      Have experience and positive working relationships in local school communities

●      Have experience with summer and holiday camps

●      Have flexible hours and availability (some weekends and evenings required)

●      Have excellent communication and presentation skills: in writing, on the phone, and in person

●      Be fluent in English and Cantonese

Focus on Film（FOF）自2006年已註冊為慈善團體。我們將與香港本地及國際學校合作，為在港兒童及青少年提供一個以錄像製作為主的藝術外展計劃 。

我們現正招聘一位熱愛電影並熟悉香港本地及國際學校的有志人士，以協助我們安排 2012年度計劃的各項活動。這職位現先以兼職形式聘請，並有機會發展為全職的崗位。工作時間因各種需要而有所不同－這工作需經常與全香港多間學校進行會晤，部份工作亦可於家中完成。

 行政主任主要負責處理FOF與合作夥伴學校、俱樂部和青年組織的聯繫及公關工作，並須向商業業務主管滙報。理想的候選人需備有以下條件：

●      積極主動及能獨立處事

●      與本地學校及其團體有良好的合作關係

●      有舉辦暑期及假日活動營的經驗

●      有靈活的工作時間（須於部份週末及晚上工作）

●      善於與人溝通，並有良好的書寫及表達能力

●      能操流利英語及廣東話
