Film Production Workshop

The other project run by FOF is the Film production workshop funded by Hong Kong Arts Development Council.

3 local schools, more than 30 students received 8 weeks/sessions film training courses. The film course started with some theories on storytelling and camera techniques, and moved on to "film production" component where students took turns shooting and editing.  At the end of the 8-week course, each school had a short film made by the students.

Now the workshops are finished. Let's see how the students do in the workshops. These photos are from the 2nd workshop @ Lok Sin Tong Yu Kan Hing Secondary School

A Producer never helps a Director on a set. They are housed off-site to arrange areas, hardware, on-screen character bargain notices, transportation, lodging, and so forth. They handle ALL the complex calculated issues of making a film leaving the Director to just stress over the script and on-screen characters.
